Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship

Purpose
  The fellowship is lasted for one year to study in any partnership university in the United States. It is not a degree but a fellowship for graduated students. The fellowship is funded by the U.S. State Department.
Criteria
 

A candidate must have undergrad degree.

Must have five years professional experience

Demonstrated leadership skills and public service

Fluent in English
